To create the card panel, I started by placing over my Make Art Stay-Tion-All-in-One Magnetic Surface a large piece of Strathmore Acrylic Paper. Next, I placed over the paper the; Tumbling Leaves Stencil. Once, I had them both line up, I added the magnets to secure them in place.

Right after, I added a good amount of Acrylic Gesso, and I spread it out over the stencil using a Trowel Palette Knife - 3" Once, I had the coverage that I needed, I carefully removed the stencil and I set the acrylic paper aside to dry.

In the meanwhile, I quickly went and wash my stencil and pallet knife to remove any gesso residues. When I had them clean, and the gesso wasn’t completely dry, I added the fun part which was to sprinkle over the leaves WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Ultra High and WOW! Opaque Bright White Ultra High. Once, I had enough sprinkling, I heat set the powders with my WOW! Heat Embossing Gun Tool until the granulated powders were completely melted. Soon after that, I trimmed the edges off from the large piece of acrylic paper creating the card panel which, I foam mounted right afterwards to an A2 top folding white card base.
NOTE: If you ever try any of the Ultra High embossing powders, you must know that you’ll get better result to heat set them from underneath to avoid the granulation from flying away from your project due the hot air from the heat embossing gun tool.

After finishing the card base, I set it aside while, I ran through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine the Detailed Leaf Cluster Die to die-cut it out from a leftover piece of acrylic paper. Once, I had the detailed leaf die-cutting done, I coated the entire perimeter of it with lots WOW! Embossing Ink because, I was going to glitter heat emboss it with WOW! Lime Rickey Embossing Glitter. Lastly, after glitter embossing the die-cutting piece, I foam mounted it to the card base as shown above.

Finally, to finish the card off, I adhered here and there a few Crystal Confetti for an extra sparkly look. As for the sentiments, I foam mounted the Just A Note foiled sentiment that, I had already foiled on my stash from a previous project. That being said, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading the step by step on how I’ve created today’s card as well as, I hope that this card inspires you to give it a try!
