To create this card first, I started by inking up the entire perimeter of (6) A2 size white card panels with WOW! Embossing Ink. Once, I had created the sticky surface over them, I covered each of them with the embossing powders that I mentioned earlier. So, after the card panels were completely cover with the powders, I heat set them with my WOW! Heat Embossing Gun Tool until each of the powders were completely melted.

Right after the heat embossing, I let the heat embossed card panels aside to let them cool down a bit. Meanwhile, I lined up over (3) 2-3/4’’inches white cardstock panels the clouds border dies from my Puffy Cloud Borders Die set so, after the dies were in place, I ran them through the Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine to die-cut them out of the cardstock. Then, I repeated the same step to die-cut another set of 3 detailed cloud borders.

Once, all cloud border die-cutting pieces were finish, I thought about adhering all 6 to a slightly smaller than my card base white card panel, but I ended up adhering as shown above only 5 of them. To adhere them to card panel, I used double-sided tape.

After having the cloud borders adhered down to the card panel, I trimmed the edges down from the slightly smaller panel and I adhered it also with double-sided tape to an A2 top folding white card base. Then, I set the card base aside and I ran through the die-cutting machine each of the heat embossed card panels along with the Rainbow Bright Die to die-cut the 6 color stripes for the rainbow. Lastly, to finish the die-cutting process off, I ran through the die-cutting machine the Little Hello Die to die-cut its shadow layer out of clear vellum and its top layer to die-cut it 1X out Gold cardstock and 2X out of white cardstock.

Finally, to finish the card assembling, I adhered down each of the strip pieces with foam mounting tape in rainbow order then, I stacked the layers of the Little Hello die-cutting and I glued it down over the rainbow followed by a sub-sentiment which I had gold heat embossed over a skinny strip of white cardstock.

As a finishing touch, I glued down with liquid glue here and there a few Crystal Confetti for an extra sparkly look.
