The Stamp Market New Color Crush Hues┃Inspiration Card

Happy Tuesday, Friends! On today’s blog, I’d like to share with you an inspiration “Thank you” card made with a glimmering hot foil stamping look using some of the new stamps, dies and hues by The Stamp Market. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it ↓

To begin with, I went ahead to get the hot foil stamping for the card front background. So, to do that, I used a large piece of white cardstock along Simply Plaid Foil Plate plus my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine, Glimmer Hot Foil System Platform, and a piece of Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Polished Brass. Therefore, once I had finished the hot foil stamping process, I proceeded to trim off the card panel slightly smaller than the card base using my Paper Trimmer and then, I went ahead to get its backing adhered with Tear Tape 1/2 to an A2 top folding white card base.

Next, I proceeded to put the card base off to the side, to get the die-cutting started for the floral cluster. Thus, to do that, I went ahead to line up over a large piece of white cardstock each die included in Daisy Bouquet Dies and then I went ahead to run them through the die cut machine. Once, I had the die-cutting process completed, I went ahead to keep each die-cutting piece into place and then, I used a piece of Press’n Seal adhered to the backing of to make the stamping process a little bit easier.

As for the stamping process, I went ahead to place inside my MISTI Stamp Tool the piece of cardstock with the die-cutting pieces and then, I used the stamp images included in Daisy Bouquet Stamp to get the floral images stamped using a combination of No-Line and Gravel inks for the white flowers. Minty and Sage inks for some of the leaves plus, Matcha and Fern for some of the other leaves and greenery. Also, Coastal and Pacific inks for the smaller flowers and lastly, Sunshine and Golden for the center of the flowers.

Having that said, as soon as, I’ve had finished the stamping process for each stamped image, I’ve gone ahead to remove each die-cutting piece from the cardstock piece to create a dimensional floral cluster over the hot foil stamped front card panel. Thus, to make it dimensional, I went ahead to use a combination of liquid glue and square foam adhesives.

Lastly, I went ahead to get the card sentiment stamped using Golden ink over a white banner. A white banner which, I’ve had die cut out from white card cardstock using the banner die included in Spring Wreath Builder and once of the card sentiments included in Bitty Banners Stamp. So, right after that I had finished getting the stamping done for the banner, I proceeded to get it mounted over the lower part of the floral cluster just as, you are seeing it in the image above.

Finally, to finish the card off, I went ahead to add an extra touch of sparkle to the card so, to do that, I used my Jewels Picker along with Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue to glue down here and there some of the Crystal Confetti. And, with that said friends, I hope that you’ve enjoyed reading the step-by-step for how I’ve made this inspiration “Thank you” card with a glimmering hot foil stamping look using some of the new stamps, dies and hues by The Stamp Market.
