With that being said, today I’d like to share with you this “Thankful” slimline inspiration card made with the just released Slim Stitches Die. So, without further ado let me share all details with you ↓

To begin with, I started by lining up over a large piece of white cardstock the Slim Stitches Die. Next, after I had them both line up, I went ahead to run them thru my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine to die-cut the frame out of the cardstock. I would like to mention that this beautiful die not only adds the beautiful stitching design detail to the card panel but, it also die-cut perfectly the frame with straight edges. Therefore, after I’ve had finished die-cutting the frame, I went ahead to mount it with craft foam tape to a slimline white card base.

Thus, right after that I’ve had finished mounting the card panel to the slimline card base, I went ahead to embellish it by mounting a wreath (as shown in the image above) with supper skinny pieces of foam mounting tape to add a bit of dimension. A wreath which by the way I’ve had previously die-cut and ink up using Leafy Wreaths Die Set and Evergreen Ink. Soon after, I quickly went ahead to embellish the wreath with some flowers and leaves that, I’ve had previously stamp and die-cut over white cardstock using; Lovely Blossoms Stamp Set and Lovely Blossoms Die Set along with Peach Fuzz Ink, Coral Reef Ink, Ballet Slipper Ink, Candy Violet Ink, Evergreen Ink and Olive Ink.

Last but not least, I went ahead to mount with double craft foam tape the layered Thankful sentiment which by the way I’ve had previously die cut out of white and gold cardstock using the word dies from Celebrate Us Die Set. And, to finish the card off, I went ahead to glue down with liquid glue a fabric bow on the top of the wreath as well as some of the green jewels from the must have Essentials: Jewel Mix to add the card a beautiful touch of sparkle!
