To begin with, I started by placing a very large piece of white cardstock inside of my stamping tool. Next, I placed in one corner the solid balloon stamp from the Birthday Balloons Stamp Set. Once, I had the stamp in place I stamped the solid image 4X with the following colors; Blush Pink, Bubble Gum, Tropic Teal and Citrine. Right after when I was done stamping the 4 solid images, I removed the solid stamp images from the stamping tool and I added lots of Embossing Powder Tool over the stamped images because, I was going to place over one balloon the outline stamp image from the set to stamp it 4 times as well but, this time with WOW! Embossing Ink.

Once, all 4 outlines were stamped, I removed the cardstock from the stamping tool, and I added WOW! Metallic Gold Rich. So, after adding the powder, I tapped the excess and I heat set it with my WOW! Heat Embossing Gun Tool until the gold heat embossing was completely melted. Taking the advantage from heat, from the heat embossing gun tool, I quickly sprinkled WOW! Opaque White Ultra High to 2-Balloons and WOW! Metallic Gold Ultra High to the other 2 adding that way to them a confetti textured effect.

To keep it simple, right after when I was done with the balloons, I set them aside and I started to work on the card base. As for the card base, I used one of Slim card base from my Strathmore 3.875" x 9", 10 Cards & Envelopes set because, I wanted a heavy weight card base to resist the acrylic paint. So, to create the pattern on the card base, I carefully closed the card base, and I used a One Stroke 3/4in Brush to paint the brush strokes with Martha Stewart Multi-Surface Satin Acrylic/ Sting Ray Gray and Martha Stewart Multi-Surface Satin Acrylic/ Snowball.

Once, I had fully covered the card front with the brush strokes, I sprinkled here and there more WOW! Opaque White Ultra High while the paint was still wet so the powder could stick to it.

Meanwhile, as I was waiting for the acrylic paint to dry, I came back to the balloons so therefore, I ran through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine each of the stamped balloons along with its coordinated die to die-cut them out of the cardstock. Although the stamp set has the strings, I decided to use DMC Metallic Thread instead as embellishment.

Lastly, after I was done die-cutting the balloons, I gold heat embossed a sentiment from the same stamp set, and I trimmed the edges off from it with the paper trimmer. Soon after that, I went back to the card base to heat set the powder from the card base, and I proceed to assemble the card. To assemble the card first; I added the piece of metallic thread as I mentioned earlier to each balloon. Second, to add dimension I adhered down the balloons as shown in the image above with foam mounting tape to the card base. Third; I foam mounted the sentiment which I had previously gold heat embossed on white cardstock on the left bottom corner of the card, and last but certainly not least, I adhered a bow to the last balloon using a piece of the same metallic thread.

Finally, to finish the card off, I adhered here and there some of the Crystal Confetti to add a touch of shine!
