To begin with, I started by trimming down a white card panel that measured W 3-5/8’’ X H 8-5/8’’ then, I trimmed down 12 heat embossed strips out each of the scrap pieces. To be exact each of the strips measured W 5/8’’ X 3-5/8’’.

Next, after I was done trimming down the heat embossed strips, I ran through the my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine the balloon die to die-cut the balloons out of 7 colors.

Therefore, after I finished the die-cutting for the balloons, I ran through the die-cutting machine the Slim Diagonal Stripes Die to die-cut the die-cutting frame out of white cardstock.

This card was pretty simple to make, so before I started to assemble it, I also got the stamping done. For the stamping first, I ran through the die-cutting machine the coordinated die for the “It’s your”. Once, the die-cutting was done, I lined up the coordinated sentiment over it, and I stamped it with Detail Black Ink. To finish the stamping off, I also got stamp the birthday sentiment on a separate piece of white cardstock.

Moving on, to assemble the card panel first, I adhered down double-sided tape to the card panel. Second, I peeled off the backing of the double-sided tape, and I adhered down the 12 heat embossed strips in Rainbow order. Third, after I had the strips adhered down over the card panel, I glued down with liquid glue the white die-cutting frame over the card panel. Fourth, I adhered strings of metallic gold thread to each of the balloons, and I adhered them down over the card panel with square adhesives to add dimension to the them.

Lastly, I pulled the metallic strings to the bottom right corner and I adhered them down to the back with double-sided tape. Then, I adhered down with skinny pieces of foam tape the It’s your sentiment followed by the birthday which I had fussy cut it out with scissor out of the white cardstock.

Finally, to finish the card off, I adhered down with craft foam and double-side tape the card panel to a slimline size white card base. As a finishing touch, I covered the It’s your sentiment with Glossy Accent, and I glued down with liquid glue here and there some of the Crystal Confetti for an extra shiny look.
