Thanks and Gratitude Card

Thanks and Gratitude Card

Hello Friends!
Today I would like to start by giving Thanks to you for being here and for your support! Then, on today’s blog I am thrilled to share with you my second collaboration as September WOW Creative Guest! YAY…
WOW has a new challenge on the WOW Embossing Powder Fan Group over at Facebook. And, this month’s Theme is Metallics. Hooray!! Which happens to be my Favorite. By now you might have noticed how much I love adding Metallic and Glitter accents to my designs. So Let’s Get Started!

The very first thing that came to my mind was, to create a very pretty background for my Thanks and Gratitude card panel. So, I started by inked it up an A2 size Neenah Environment Desert Storm 100lb card panel with the Embossing Pad and the beautiful Rose Lace background stamp. Then, I white heat embossing it with Diamond White embossing glitter powder as you can see in the picture down below.

After, the heat embossing, I die cut 3 times on white cardstock the Big Thanks inside word. And, one time the outline piece on gold cardtock. Also, I gold heat embossed one of the sentiments from the Big Thanks Words stamp set on a piece of white cardstock.

Once, the die cutting was done. I adhered the backed of the 3 Big Thanks that I white die cutting by stacking them together for dimension. You can totally skip this step by using white fun foam instead. (This is just a matter of preference.) Then, I adhered the Big white Thanks to its gold outline. Last but not least, I adhered it to the card panel. In the meantime, I adhered a piece of gold cardstock to the sentiment to add a little bit of contrast as you can see in the pictures.

To finish it up, I adhered the card panel to a Neenah Classic Crest 110lb Solar White card base and few Gilded Peach sequins for embellishment.

Thank You, your time is valuable. Don't forget to spread kindness, Today and Always.

Your imagination is Your limit.

I hope you get Inspired and give this design a try! Just keep in mind, that you can create the same design by using any combination of embossing powders, background stamps and any word dies.
