With that being said, today I’d like to start by sharing with you a very fun set of “Shaker Tags” with a fun removable tags over a matching card made using the just released Foldable Shaker Tags Die Set and Blanket Stitched Rectangles Die Set. Along with this beautiful set, I’m also using Garden Wreath Die Set and Leafy Circle Die to add the greenery to the tags. Plus, Essentials: Shaker Tags for the gift card surprise element. Sentiment Suite: Thank You Die Set and Pinkfresh Studio Dies Exclusive - Thin Words Everyday Script to add the die cutting sentiments and last but not least, Artistic Bows Die Set to add a cute touch finishing touch to them. So, without further ado let me share how I made it ↓

Therefore, I started off by making a shaker card, so to do that first, I went ahead to to line up the large die including in Foldable Shaker Tags Die Set over a large piece of white cardstock and the I went ahead to run them through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine to cut out not one but 2 foldable tags. Next, I went ahead to line up over the lower side of one of the die-cutting tags the square stitched insert including in the set to cut out the shaker window for the tag without folding it over to cut only one side of tag. Next, after adding the die-cutting window to it, I went ahead to cut the tag in half using Comfort Paper Trimmer following the scoring line created by the die.

Thus, as soon as I had finished cutting the tag in half, I went ahead to place the top side of the tag with the die-cutting window facing down against my crafting mat to create the shaker window using a piece of acetate and craft foam adhesive to raise dimension. Then, after adding dimension, I added a mixture of fine glitters from my stash to the opening window, and once I had that step done, I quickly went ahead to get the top side of the other tag adhered over the shaker window. Tag, which I’ve had previously folded over.

Lastly, right after that I’ve got the shaker process completed, I went ahead to add some embellishment over the shaker window, so to do that, I used colored cardstock along with gold cardstock + Garden Wreath Die Set to create the small floral clusters + Sentiment Suite: Thank You Die Set to create the die-cutting Thank You, and last but not least, I used as well the dies including in the set to cut add the hole reinforces + Artistic Bows Die Set to add the cute bow element to the tag. By the way, Pinkfresh is releasing Metallic Pearls- Matte Gold as well, so I went ahead to glue down some of them in the center of the flowers.

For the second tag, I kept it simple by cutting a foldable tag out of white cardstock. Thus, once the I had finishing cutting the tag, I went ahead to fold it over and then, I got it embellished using some of the mini die-cutting wreaths that I created using different green hues along with Leafy Circle Die.

Therefore, after layering the mini die-cutting wreaths over the tag, I went ahead to glue down over the wreath the Congrats die-cutting word. A die-cutting word which I had previously created using one of the dies including in Pinkfresh Studio Dies Exclusive - Thin Words Everyday Script. Then, for the tag embellishments, I added a die-cutting bow created using the same die that I used in the previous example. Also, I added pieces of different sizes of ribbons +a beaded charm that I created using craft supplies from my stash. Finally, after getting that done, I finished this example off by mounting the tag over a gift box to add to my gift a organic modern look.

Lastly, I want to give you another example as this tag designs are the cutest one and can be added over a card as well. Thus, I went ahead to create a card/gift card with a removable shaker tag.

So therefore, to do that, I went ahead to perfectly line up together over a large piece of white cardstock the larger and medium dies including in Blanket Stitched Rectangles Die Set and then, I ran them through the die cut machine. Once, I had that step completed, I’ve gone ahead to get the backing of the large frame adhered with double-sided adhesive over an A2 top folding white card base, and then I set it off to the side. Meanwhile, I added the gift card notches to the smaller panel using the die including in Essentials: Shaker Tags.

Moving on, after adding the gift card notches to the panel, I went ahead to get the backing of it inlaid to the card using craft foam adhesive to add dimension to it. And, because I wanted the removable tag element for the card, I went ahead to add small magnet as well (made this step before getting the panel inlaid to the card.) Having that being said, after doing that, I created another shaker card in the same way as I did for the first example. However, for this example instead of using the square stitched die, I used the circle die and I changed the placement of the floral cluster as well. Besides that, I also used the back side of another die-cutting tag to cover the second magnet which I got glue down to the back of the shaker tag.

Finally, after getting the tag embellished, I went ahead to insert a gift card to the gift card notches and then, I cover it up with the magnetized shaker card. As a finishing touch, I added a bow along with the Celebrate die-cutting word and more Metallic Pearls- Matte Gold for a cohesive look on each of the 3 examples.
