To begin with, I started by placing inside on the stamping tool 2 Strathmore Watercolor Panels. Next, I placed over the card panels the large bloom along with the leaves cluster from HA+Altenew Bloom & Grow Stamp Set, and I picked up the stamp images with the stamping tool door. Then right after, I added lots of Embossing Tool Powder to remove the oils and static from it. Therefore, after I was done prepping the card panel, I’ve got the stamping done over the card panels with WOW! Embossing Ink.
NOTE: I’d like to mention that I repeated 2X the stamping for the leaves cluster because, I wanted to add more leaves as I was planning to create a 5X7 card size.

Once, I was done stamping the images, I removed the card panels from the stamping tool and I added WOW! Inca Glintz. From there, I turned on the WOW! Heat Embossing Gun Tool, and I heated set the powder until was completely melted. So, as soon after I was done heat embossing the images, I placed the card panels over a flat surface, and once the card panels were into placed, I water-colored the images in with a mix of Pink and Green hues that I created using the Vintage Pastel Watercolor Set.

Therefore, after I was done water-coloring the images in, I set the card panels aside and I moved on to heated emboss the background that I was going to insert in the photo frame card base. So, to do that I placed inside the stamping tool a large piece of Translucent Vellum, and I followed the steps for stamping and heat embossing to get the Ocean Waves Background Stamp image white heat embossed over the vellum.

So, after I was done white heat embossing the background over the vellum, I trimmed the edges down and I inserted the panel inside the photo frame card base. Lastly, to finish the heat embossing off, I gold heat embossed a sentiment from the stamp set with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich on a large piece of white cardstock which right after I’ve got it heated emboss, I trimmed down with the paper trimmer and I set it aside.

Moving on, after the water colored images were completely dry, I fussy cut them out from the card panels using small scissors, and as soon as I was done fussy cutting the out, I glued down with liquid glue the 2 leaves cluster, and I mounted the large bloom with craft foam tape to create dimension. Finally, I mounted the sentiment doubling the craft foam tape for more dimension, and I finished the card off by gluing down here and there with liquid glue a few sequins from the Heaven Sent Sequin Mix.

As a finishing touch, I covered the large bloom and the leaves with Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Pen for an extra shiny dimensional look.
