To begin with, I started by smooshing Shaded Lilac and Spun Sugar in two Strathmore Bristol Smooth card panels. Once, the panels had enough inks, I set them aside to dry. In the meantime, I ran through the die-cutting machine one of the label dies from the Essential Stitched Labels Crafting Dies to die-cut a label out of white card stock. Then, I gold heat embossed a sentiment from the Born to Sparkle Stamp Set on the label with Gold Pearl Embossing Powder. Right after, I also ran through the die0cutting machine the Hey Gorgeous Die Set to die- cut the shadow layer out of white card stock, and its top layer out of gold card stock as, I was planning to use it for the next card which you’ll see down below. After the die-cutting, I came back to the card panels and I gold heat embossed them by stamping with WOW! Embossing Ink Pad the beautiful Tropical Stamp Set, and by applying and heat setting the Gold Pearl Embossing Powder as you can see in the picture above. Lastly, I trimmed the edges of the first one H 5.5’’ X W 4.0’’ and I adhered it to an A2 size top folding white card base with foam mounting tape, and to finish the card off, I adhered the label on one the lower sides of the card also with foam mounting tape as I wanted to add a little bit of extra dimension.

For the second card, I gold heat embossed the card panel exactly the way I did as the first example but, to change things a little bit, I decided to add two lines on both edges of the card panel. To create the lines, I used the WOW! Embossing Pen along with a ruler then I apply Gold Pearl Embossing Powder and I heat set it until the embossing powder was melted. Right after the heat embossing, I decided to run the card panel through the die-cutting machine because I was going to inlay the Hey Gorgeous Die Set die-cutting that I had previously die-cut earlier. Lastly, I trimmed the edges of the card panel and I adhered it to an A2 size side folding card base with foam mounting tape as I was going for a landscaping look. To finish the card off, I inlaid the Hey Gorgeous Die Set shadow and top layer.
