Spellbinders MAR-2021 GOM┃Inspiration Card

Happy Wednesday, Friends! On today’s blog I’d like to share with you a “Spring” inspiration card made using the latest “Let Your Sentiments Shine Brighter” Glimmer Hot Foil Kit Of The Month Club by Spellbinders. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it ↓

This month the glimmer club includes 5 beautiful sentiment glimmer plates so therefore, to begin with as per usual with every hot foil kit club of the month, I started by setting up my Glimmer Hot Foil System Platform and Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine over my Crafter's Essential Cutting and Alignment Mat. Then, I went ahead to turn on the glimmer hot foil platform. And, while my platform was heating up, I went ahead to line up over a white card panel a bit off set to the right side from the card panel, one the sentiment glimmer plates.

Once, I had the glimmer plate line up over the white card panel, I went ahead to cut a large piece of Glimmer Hot Foil Roll - Gold using the Quick Trimmer. So, after the glimmer hot foil platform was ready to foil, I went ahead to get the white cardstock panel foiled by running the platform through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.

Thus, soon after that I’ve had the foiling done over the card panel, I went ahead to get the edges of the card panel trim off a bit smaller than the card base and then, I’ve gotten the backing of it adhered with double-sided tape to an A2 side folding white card base.

Moving on, after having the card panel adhered to the card base, I went ahead to get the embellishing done using floral die cut shapes which are included in this month’s Card Kit of the Month die cut shapes pack. I also used the die set included in the card kit to create the die-cutting white frame. So, as soon after I’ve had finished mounting the white die-cutting frame and die cut floral shapes, I’ve gone ahead to glue down small pink jewels in the center of each white flowers to balance the pink out from the floral die cut shapes.
