Therefore, I started by lining up the die including in this month’s club kit over a large piece heavy weight white cardstock and once I had that step done, I went ahead to run them through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.

Thus, as soon as I’ve had finished die-cutting the stitched card panel, I went ahead to use my Tool ‘n One and once I’ve had removed all the tiny negative pieces, I’ve gone ahead to thread through the eye of a few sewing needles with the following embroidery threads 602, 725, 907, and 964 which by the way I purchased a my local craft store.

So, for the hand-stitching, I followed the marking lines created by the die to hand-stitch the flowers and leaves. This process took me sometime however, the work of love hand-stitching this card worth every second of the process… trust me! Having that said, after I was done with the hand-stitching, I went ahead to die-cut a second die-cutting white pieces because, I was going to use it as the base for the design. First, to cover the start and end stitching and second to create even more dimension and a sturdier piece.

Moving on, right after that I’ve had finished layering both die-cutting and hand-stitching pieces, I went ahead to glue it down with liquid glue over a layered slimline card panel which I’ve had previously created using a large piece of white cardstock with lots of diagonal scoring lines created using my scoring board and bone folder to compliment the lined texture on the letters. I’ve also gotten adhered with double-sided tape 2 stripes of gold cardstock to create a gold border on each side of the card panel. Nevertheless, I went ahead to get the backing of the slimline panel adhered with double-sided tape over a slimline card base and then I adhere down the die-cutting gold Thanks words which, I’ve had previously die-cut out of gold cardstock using the textured letter dies including in this month’s club kit.
