Hello and Welcome! Today, I’m joining Spellbinders for their All Aboard Christmas Kit 2021 Limited Edition Blog Hop! Therefore, you should have arrived here from → Jean A Manis. So, without further ado let’s jump right into the step-by-step for how I made it ↓

Therefore, I started off by selecting one patterned paper sheet from the paper pad including in the kit, and then I went ahead to trim off its edges to W 4.0” x H 5-1/4” inches. Once, I had that step done, I got the backing of it adhered using the double-sided adhesive including in the kit to one of the white textured card base, which are also including in the kit.

Next, I went ahead to select another patterned paper sheet, and then I got it trim off to W 5-1/4” x H 1.0” inches. Once, I got that step completed, I went ahead to get the backing of it adhered to the lower side of the previous background card panel. Then, to cover up the join from both patterned paper over the card panel, I went ahead to trim off a little strip of gold cardstock and then I got it adhered over the card panel.

Thus, once the card base and card panel were completed, I went ahead to put the card base off to the side while I started the die-cutting process for the train. As, for the cute little train, I went ahead to use the dies including in the kit along with the light pink, dark pink, black and gold cardstock. Having that said, I went ahead to line up the dies over the colored cardstock pieces and then I went ahead to run them through my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine.

Soon after that I had finished die-cutting all pieces, I went ahead to get the train assembled and then I got it mounted over the lower side of the card with square foam adhesives to add a little bit of dimension. Once, I got the train mounted over the card, I went ahead to use the dies including in the set to die-cut the ornament and the Christmas gifts out of different pieces of patterned papers. Lastly, I got glue down the ornament and Christmas gifts inside the train’s wagon, and then I also got glued down with Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue some tiny jewels from my stash to add an extra touch of shine to the train.

Finally, to finish the card off, I went ahead to adhere the chipboard stickers corners to the card panel as well as the round sticker chipboard, which I used it as the card sentiment.
