With that being said, today I’d like to start by sharing with you this sophisticated & colorful trio of “Floral & Foil” detailed inspiration cards made with the just released Painted Peony Washitape, Painted Peony Die and Painted Peony Stamp Set. Along with these beautiful sets, I’ve also used a full array of Pinkfresh Studio die sets. So, without further ado let me share all details with you ↓

To begin with, I quickly started by unrolling the Painted Peony Washitape and sticking it over a W 9-1/4’’x H 4-1/4’’ inches white cardstock panel. Once, I had that step done, I used a Rotary Cutter to cut the large piece out of the washitape roll and then, I repeated the same step 2 more times, as I was going to need a few floral die-cutting pieces to cover the full card panel background.

Thus, right after that I’ve had finished cutting the large piece, I went ahead to line up the Painted Peony Die which happens to be its coordinating die and as soon as I had finished lining it up, I went ahead to run them thru my Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine. And, as simple as that as soon as I’ve finished die-cutting the first panel, I repeated the same step for the other 2 ending up with a bunch of die-cutting foiled floral cluster.

Therefore, for the first card, I went ahead to mount with craft foam tape the largest floral cluster on the right side of the card panel and then, I continued mounting the small floral clusters around until I had created the full background with them. Lastly, I went ahead to trim off the excess pieces and then, I trimmed off the edges of the card panel and I adhered it with double-sided tape to an A2 top folding white card base. Then, I embellished it by mounting with craft foam tape a sentiment which I’ve had previously stamped, gold heat embossing and die-cutting over a piece of white cardstock using; Painted Peony Stamp Set which happens to be its coordinating stamp along with one of the dies from Essentials: Shaker Tags to add the stitching detail and gold trim to it. Nevertheless, to finish the card off, I went ahead to mount 1 more of the smaller floral clusters on the upper left side and another over the lower left side of the sentiment. And, because the washitape has a fully foiled detailed around each floral cluster I decided to skip any jewels or crystals, letting that way the foiling from it shine!

This washitape tape isn’t just gorgeous because its foiling and floral designs, but it is also versatile since not only has small floral clusters, but also because includes a large floral cluster design. So therefore, to make this card I went ahead to die-cut the floral background for the card using; Fancy Floral Die 1 and Fancy Floral Die 2. Once, I had finished the die-cutting, I’ve gone ahead to get them glue down with liquid glue over an A2 top folding white card base.

Thus, as soon as I had finished gluing down the die-cutting background to the card base, I went ahead to mount the larger die-cutting floral cluster with craft foam mounting tape to add dimension over the right side of the card and then, I finished the card off by mounting a sentiment as well which, I had previously stamped, heat embossing and fussy cut off out from white and gold cardstock to add a bit of gold shadow to it.

For the last example, I went ahead to create a shaped and textured white on white embossing card so therefore, I placed a large piece of white cardstock inside my MISTI Stamping Tool and then, I went ahead to line up the large stamp image from Painted Peony Stamp Set. Next, I went ahead to pick it up with the stamping tool door and I’ve gotten it stamp twice with embossing ink. Lastly, I went ahead to remove it from the stamping tool and then, I went ahead to white heat embossing it with white embossing powder.

Once, I had finished the heat embossing over it, I went ahead to line up the largest die from Essentials: Shaker Tags and I ran them thru the die-cutting machine. Nevertheless, once I had finished the die-cutting, I went ahead to mount with craft foam tape the die-cutting floral wreath design from the washitape and then, I mounted a sentiment as well which I had previously stamp and gold heat embossing over a small piece of translucent vellum. Lastly, to finish the card off, I went ahead to glue down a pre-made gold bow which, I had previously die-cut and assemble using the bow dies from Partial Cut Bouquet and a Bow Die Set.
