Pinkfresh Studio June 2023 Stamp, Die, Stencil and Hot Foil Release ▏ Blog Hop

Happy Release Day, Crafters! Pinkfresh Studio is celebrating its release with a fabulous blog hop. Therefore, if you’re hopping along with us, welcome, as you should have arrived here from TaeEun ‘Blog. However, if this is your starting point, I’d like to invite you to start from the → Pinkfresh ‘Blog or by clicking the direct link provided below which will have the list of this blog hop.

So, today I’d like to share a colorful and dimensional inspiration card with a “Delicate Floral” look showcasing: the just-released Garden Bouquet StampGarden Bouquet Stencil, and Garden Bouquet Die. By the way, I would like to mention that this product suite set also has the coordinating Garden Bouquet Washi if you want to skip the stamping and stenciling steps. Also, to make this card, I used the Best Thing Stencil and the Best Thing Die to add more dimension. Lastly, I used Metallic Pearls: Matte Gold and PFS- Ink hues. So, without further ado, let me share how I made it. ↓

Therefore, as my first step, I used a large piece of white cardstock and the Memory MISTI to get the stamping and re-stamping done over the cardstock piece using the large stamp images from Bouquet Stamp. As for the stamping, I used Warm Buff Ink and the Stamp Press Tool for better precision.

Thus, after getting the stamping done over the piece of white cardstock, I used the stencils included in the Garden Bouquet Stencil set and a combination of regular-size ink blending brushes plus some of the 1/2 Blending Brush Set and 1/4 Blending Brush Set to add details to the ink blending over the stamped image.

Then to continue with the ink blending, I used another piece of white cardstock and the stencils included in the Best Thing Stencil set to ink up the birdcage image. So, right after that, I had the inking completed for the florals and the birdcage; I used the die-cut machine along with the coordinating dies included in the Garden Bouquet Die and Best Thing Die to cut out the images from both inked-up cardstock pieces.

Next, to complete the die-cutting pieces for the card, I put them aside, and then I used one of the sentiment stamp images included in the stamp set to get the sentiment stamped over a piece of white cardstock. Then, I used the coordinating die in the die set to cut it out from the cardstock, and also I used the die to die-cut extra plain white die-cutting sentiments to make it dimensional.

To start the card assembling, I added a stitching detail to an A2-size white card panel using the die-cut machine and the large die included in the Blanket Stitched Rectangles Die Set. Next, after adding the stitching details, I used one of the stencils to add the shadowy background to the birdcage.

Then, I started to arrange the die-cutting floral images over the top part of the detailed card panel, and once I had them into place, I got them glued down to the card panel with liquid glue. Right afterward, I added extra die-cutting pieces to the birdcage to make it dimensional, and I also added acetate to add a glass and glossy effect. So, after getting those steps completed, I got the birdcage glued to the card panel.

Once I had the floral images and birdcage glued to the card panel, I created a floral cluster with the rest of the die-cutting pieces, and I added them to the left side of the birdcage; for this part, I used liquid glue and square foam adhesives to add extra dimension.

Lastly, to complete the card assembling, I added the dimensional card sentiment to the bottom right side of the birdcage, and then I got glued here and there some of the Metallic Pearls: Matte Gold to add extra details. Besides that, I used a large piece of Metallic Gold Thread to make a bow, and then I got the bow glued to the top part of the birdcage. Finally, to finish the card, I got the backside of the card panel adhered to an A2-size top-folding white card base.

With that said, friends, I hope this card inspiration with a “Delicate Floral” look; inspires you to give the new stamps, dies, stencils, and hot foil sets from this release a try!
