Pinkfresh Studio August 2019 Release Blog Hop

Happy Monday Friends! Today, I’m excited to join Pinkfresh Studio for the new August stamp & die release blog hop! With that being said, let’s jump into the blog post ↓

For the first example, I started by running through the die-cutting machine a white card panel along with the largest die from the Stitched Rectangles Die Set, Next, I ran through the die-cutting machine 2X the Modern Blooms Die to die-cut the frame out of Barely There and Jelly Been color card stock. Once, both die-cuttings were done, I adhered the backing of the barely there color frame to the stitched white card panel and, I inlaid the little die-cut pieces to create the center of the flowers as well as I did with the little die-cut pieces from the jelly been color to create the leaves. Right after when I was done inlaying the pieces, I adhered the backing of the card panel to an A2 top folding white card base. Lastly, I heat embossed a sentiment from the No One Compares to You Stamp Set with Rose Gold Embossing Powder and, as soon as I was done melting the powder, I carefully fussy cut the sentiment and I adhered the backing of it with foam mounting tape to one of the lower sides of the card. To finish the card off, I adhered some Jewels to the center of the flowers.

For the second example, I ran through the die-cutting machine once again the largest die from the Stitched Rectangles Die Set to die-cut it out of white card stock. Once the card panel was done, I adhered the backing of it to an A2 top folding white card base with craft foam to add a little bit of dimension. Next, I ran through the die-cutting machine the Leafy Envelope Die 2X to die-cut it out of white card stock and to die-cut it out of barely there card stock. Once, both die-cuttings were done, I adhered the backing of the white leafy envelope in a wonky way to the card. Then, I inlaid the barely there color by adhering them with liquid glue pieces to create the envelope as you can see in the picture above. Lastly, I decided to stamp and die-cut some flowers and leaves by using the Lovely Blossoms Stamp & Lovely Blossoms Die Set. Right after the stamping and die-cutting, I adhered them inside the envelope and, to finish the card off, I rose gold heat embossed the sending sentiment from the Floral Vase Stamp Set and, I used its coordinated die from the Floral Vase Die to die-cut it out of the white card stock and I adhered the backing of it to the envelope. To complement the sending sentiment, I also rose gold heat embossed a sub sentiment from the same stamp set. As embellishment, I adhered some Jewels here and there for a sparkly touch.
