Clean Line Christmas Greeting Cards

To begin with, I started by lining up the Falling Snow Stencil on top of a white card panel. Next, I mixed a bit of Texture Paste with WOW! Sparkling Snow Embossing Glitter and… once, the glittery paste was completely mixed, I added the mixing on top of the stencil, and I spread it out with a craft spatula. Then, when I was sure that, I had enough paste on the card panel, I carefully removed the stencil from the card panel, and I let it dry for a few minutes before, I heat set it with the Heat Embossing Gun Tool.

Because, I had extra glittery paste, I decided to make a second card so, I lined up the Triangle Blast Stencil on top of a second white card panel and I added the leftover paste to it. As, you can see the paste wasn’t as clean as the first example however, I like the rough contrast for the beautiful clean lines from the Christmas tree from the Clean Line Christmas Stamp Set. In the meantime, while both card panel were drying, I inked up a white card panel with a combination of teal inks and, once the card panel was inked up, I waited a few minutes then, I treated the card panel with Embossing Powder Tool because, I was gold heat embossing the trees from the stamp set with Metallic Gold Rich Embossing Powder. For the stamping, I stamped the tree Christmas trees from the stamp set with Embossing Ink Pad and I gold heat embossing them as, I mentioned earlier. Once, the heat embossing was done, I fussy cut them out of the inked card panel with scissors and I set them aside.

Lastly, I trimmed the edges of each card panel a bit smaller than a standard A2 size card with the paper trimmer, and I adhered the backing of each card panel with foam mounting tape to each top folding white card base which, I had previously scored and folded. Right after the card panel were adhered to their card bases, I adhered the backing of the Christmas trees with dimensional. As, for the sentiments, I stamped, and gold heat embossed two sentiments in a piece of white card stock. Then, I trimmed them down and adhere them to the cards with foam mounting tape as you can see in the picture above (by the way, the sentiments are also included in the stamp set) To finish the cards off, adhered a combination of Moonshine Sequins & Stay Gold Sequins for a sparkly look as well as starts that, I stamped, gold heat embossed and colored to the tip of the trees.
NOTE: I also wanted to mention that, I used the Ho Ho Postage Stamp Set which I found that is the perfect matching stamp to coordinate the envelopes as you can see in the picture above.
With that being said, that’s all I have for today’s blog post, I hope that, these glittery Christmas cards inspire you to give these designs a try! As always, I appreciate the time you take to read my blog posts. Below; you’ll find the supply list for the products used in this blog post.
